diggSpider, pig romp at new Tempe arts center

Childsplay will christen the stage at the new Tempe Center for the Arts as it begins its 30th year of entertaining families. The new facility on the southwest edge of Tempe Town Lake houses Childsplay, its primary resident company, which will offer eight productions this season starting with Charlotte’s Web. Endearing pig Wilbur and his true spider friend will entertain audiences on weekends beginning Sept. 15 through Oct. 14.
