Raising some green with chile verde

This month you can eat your fill of green chile at four Valley Z’Tejas Southwestern Grill restaurants and support local Boys and Girls Clubs.

The restaurants will donate one dollar when guests order items from a special Chile Fest menu to raise money for the nonprofit organization that promotes the development of community youth.

Among dishes from which diners can choose: Green Chile Chicken Posole Soup, Chipotle Shrimp Salad, Green Chile Beef Barbacoa Enchiladas, Citrus Thyme Mojo Fish and for dessert, Mexican Chocolate Brownie Sundae with pumpkin seed brittle and ancho dulce de leche sauce.
