Latinas sought for health research

LATINAS SOUGHT FOR HEALTH RESEARCH
The City of Avondale is seeking Latina volunteers for its Juntos en la Salud (Together in Health), program that aims to raise awareness of health and educational issues in the Hispanic community.

Latinas age 18 and older who qualify receive free health and cancer awareness education from outreach workers and share their experiences with researchers who will track their progress.
