Lucia Madrid, former community relations director for KPNX Channel 12, has joined Ted Cruz and Associates as a Realtor.

Lucia Madrid, former community relations director for KPNX Channel 12, has joined Ted Cruz and Associates as a Realtor.

"I will be working out of the Cruz and Associates office on 7th Avenue in downtown Phoenix, and eventually will work out of my home office," Madrid says. "I am very excited about this new career. As Ted says, ‘Put all your real estate needs on Cruz control.’"
