Scripps gives money

KNXV-TV, Channel 15 and the E.W. Scripps Co. recently donated $25,000 to a Chicanos Por La Causa program

KNXV-TV, Channel 15 and the E.W. Scripps Co. recently donated $25,000 to support a Chicanos Por La Causa program. The money will go to the Westside Workforce Development Program to purchase software licenses for GED preparation classes. The program helps low-income people improve their reading skills so they can get their GEDs. For more, www.cplc.org.
