The Celebrate Latinas organization honored three prominent Valley Hispanic women. The honorees are: Anna Solley, president, Phoenix College; Ruth Osuna, deputy city manager, city of Phoenix; and Maria Harper-Marinick, vice chancellor, academic affairs, MCCD.
