Two join Phoenix City Council

Maria Baier and Michael Nowakowski are two of the newest members of the Phoenix City Council. They took their oaths of office at ceremonies in early January. Baier, president of the environmental consulting firm MBCAZ, represents District 3 in central Phoenix. Nowakowski, general manager of Radio Campesina, represents District 7 in southwest Phoenix.
