Candia honored

Graciela Candia, president of the nonprofit Jobs for Arizona Graduates, was honored as a Diversity Champion at the 14th annual Scottsdale Community Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dinner Celebration. JAG works with at-risk high schools students to achieve academic success. Under Candia’s leadership, the program has been nationally recognized for its service to Arizona students. She also serves on the Maricopa County Youth Development Board and the Valle Del Sol board of directors. For more, www.valledelsol.com.
