In December Salt River Project distributed a Spanish-language educational calendar

In December Salt River Project distributed Aprendamos Juntos, a Spanish-language educational calendar that can serve as a daily tool to help Hispanic parents whose primary language is Spanish become more actively engaged in their children's education. The full-size, 15-month calendar focuses on the fundamentals of reading for students in kindergarten through fifth grade, while providing additional educational tips on how parents can be help their children succeed in school. The calendar was unveiled at Holiday Park Elementary School in Phoenix. For more, call (602) 236-2500.
