Rodriguez earns mental health award

Cathy Rodriguez was one of two award recipients honored last month

Mrs. Tucson, Cathy Rodriguez, was one of two award recipients honored last month at the University of Arizona Department of Psychiatry's Sixth Annual Women's Mental Health Symposium.

Rodriguez and Robert Kafes, director for the Southern Arizona Center Against Sexual Assault, were recognized with 2007 Hero in Women's Mental Health awards. Rodriguez has been an advocate for and brought awareness to women suffering from postpartum depression.
