SCORE consolidates

SCORE is combining its two Phoenix-area chapters to provide better counseling to businesses. On Oct. 1, the joint venture will create one organization, the Greater Phoenix Chapter of SCORE. Chet Ross, who serves as the chair of the current Phoenix chapter, will assume the same role in the new group. SCORE is a nonprofit group that provides free counseling to businesses. It is a nationwide organization with more than 10,500 volunteers and 389 chapters.
