The Phoenix Business Journal’s 2008 class for its Forty Under 40  special awards honors some of the best young leaders in the Valley. Winners include a diverse collection of business, community, government and nonprofit leaders who have achieved impressive milestones in their businesses and careers, and have made significant contributions to the Valley’s overall quality of life. Some of this year’s winners include: Stephanie Ribodal, Public Information Office, City of Phoenix; Ramon Gonzales, Jr., RBG Construction Co.; Art Macias, Arizona Lottery; Enrique Lopezlira, Western Progress; Gregorio Garcia, Shughart Thomason & Kilroy; Ruben Gallego, City of Phoenix; January Contreras, Arizona Governor’s Office; Cristina Muñoz, Coca-Cola Enterprises; and Caroline Lobo, Orcutt/Winslow.
