Dr. Silva promoted to assistant county manager

Maricopa County Animal Care & Control Director Dr. Rodrigo Silva has been appointed assistant county manager. In his new position Dr. Silva oversees five Maricopa County Departments: Human Services, Library District, Medical Examiner, Community Development, and Animal Care & Control. He continues his duties as MCACC director in addition to his new duties as assistant county manager.
