Cox in Top 10 for diversity

Cox Communications earned a Top 10 spot in the DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity List. Cox’s ranking climbed from No. 25 last year to No. 6 out of 352 this year. Cox also ranks in the Top 10 for African American employees. Officials say the ranking is a result of ongoing efforts to continuously improve the inclusiveness of its workplaces and to celebrate diversity. Now in its eighth year, the List is the largest ranking of its kind. The list is determined solely from a comprehensive survey of diversity management that measures CEO commitment, human capital, corporate communications and supplier diversity.
