Arizona firms listed on top 500 list

A dozen Arizona Latino-owned firms were highlighted in Hispanic Business Magazine’s June issue featuring the annual Hispanic Business 500. Essco Wholesale Electric of Chandler ranked highest among Arizona companies, at No. 34 on the list, up from 42 in 2007. Sun Eagle Corp., a Chandler construction company, came in at No. 146; followed by SBBI Inc., a Sonoita construction company, No. 237; Apodaca Wall System, Phoenix, No. 299; W.G. Valenzuela Drywall Inc., Tucson, 309; Gaucho Ltd., a Phoenix retailer, No. 352; Ceiba Technologies, a Chandler manufacturer, No. 354; Leadpoint Business Services, a Phoenix service business, No. 357; El Charro Cafe, Tucson, No. 374; Creative Human Resources Concepts LLC, Mesa, No. 393; Edmund Marquez Suzuki, Tucson, No. 409; and Qualified Mechanical Contractors Inc., Tucson, No. 434. Companies on the list were ranked by total revenue. To be considered for the list, companies must show at least 51 percent ownership by Hispanic U.S. citizens. For more: www.hispanicbusiness.com.
