Two move to PR

Bolchalk Frey Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations in Tucson has hired graphic designers Jessica Estrella and Susan Roe. Estrella was previously employed by KOLD-TV and is a member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts. Roe is a former student of the Parsons Paris in France and is president of Ad2 Tucson.
